Alterations by Jacqui is a multi-award-winning bridal and formalwear tailoring studio in Shoalhaven Heads, New South Wales. Established in 1992, the appointment-only studio is led by specialist fitter and couture tailor Jacqui, who brings more than 30 years of experience and a Bachelor in Textiles to her work. The business serves clients across the NSW South Coast, Illawarra and surrounding regions.

Services include wedding gown fittings and alterations, such as hemming, bustles, bodice and corset adjustments, and delicate lace and beadwork repairs. Jacqui also tailors bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, mother-of-the-bride outfits, suits, tuxedos, debutante dresses and other formalwear. Vintage and hand-sewn garments receive specialist restoration, resizing and repair. On-site steaming and dressing services are available at the studio or wedding venue.

The studio is the South Coast’s exclusive stockist of Boomba breast enhancers and also carries shapewear, satin bridal robes and emergency wedding-day repair kits. Recognised with national and regional awards, Alterations by Jacqui offers personalised quotes after assessing each garment and its requirements.
