## Description

Altrum helps organizations celebrate achievements and inspire people through custom products and employee recognition solutions. The company has designed and manufactured awards since 1957 and identifies itself as the original inventor of deal toys. Its offerings include custom deal toys and tombstones, corporate awards and trophies, and an employee recognition platform. Deal toys and awards can be created using materials such as Lucite and acrylic, wood, stone, metal, crystal, and 3D printing; customers can also explore predesigned options and galleries. Altrum’s recognition services include peer recognition and rewards, milestone and service awards, training, conferences, manager and HR tools, and tailored plans. The company presents itself as a partner throughout the design and ordering process, supported by creative and recognition specialists. It serves clients in 72 countries and says more than 1,500 companies trust it. Altrum also highlights sustainability, including carbon-emission reduction targets and eco-friendly award and deal-toy alternatives, helping organizations mark important moments while recognizing and engaging their teams.
