## Description

Alupse is a Luxembourg-based association dedicated to protecting children, supporting families, and promoting positive, nurturing care. Founded in 1984 by Dr. Seligmann, it has been recognised as a public-benefit organisation since 2002 and operates under an agreement with the Ministry of Health. Its multidisciplinary teams provide personalised, empathetic support while respecting individual autonomy and professional confidentiality.

The association’s work is organised across four complementary services. Alupse Dialogue supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families affected by physical, sexual, or psychological violence, as well as neglect. Alupse Bébé provides early prevention and home-based support for expectant parents and new mothers facing multiple challenges. Social Paediatrics offers specialised medical care that considers a child’s living environment, health, development, and well-being, helping identify and address situations of distress. Alupse Cosmos accompanies young people displaying concerning sexual behaviours and provides care for minors who have committed serious or sexual violence. Through these services, Alupse works to protect children, strengthen parent-child relationships, and meet changing family needs.
