## Description

AlzPipeline is a clinical trial observatory focused on Alzheimer’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease-related dementias. It provides comprehensive, accessible, and interactive information to help researchers, industry professionals, trialists, caregivers, and the public explore the clinical development landscape. Funded by a National Institute on Aging Leadership Award, the platform draws trial information from ClinicalTrials.gov and updates its database daily as sponsors register studies.

AlzPipeline tracks interventional trials and annotates them across more than 20 data fields, including information on studies, locations, participants, and drugs in development. Users can search for trials using multiple criteria, explore insights by classification, geography, or time, and browse curated collections. The Biology section offers information about therapeutic targets and drugs, while membership provides access to full analysis results.

The observatory is designed to make clinical-trial information easier to share, query, visualize, and analyze. Its resources support drug-development research and help people learn about ongoing studies. AlzPipeline’s team includes founder Jeffrey L. Cummings, chief architect Feixiong Cheng, and lead developer Yadi Zhou.
