## Description

Amador Youth Basketball (AYB) is a community youth basketball organization based in Jackson, California. It organizes seasonal basketball programs for young players, with registration, team assignments, schedules, and games supported through its website and Team Manager tools. Families can find registration instructions, rules, FAQs, gym locations, and player, parent, and spectator conduct policies online. The program uses local school facilities, including gyms at Ione Junior High, Jackson Junior High, Argonaut High School, and Amador High School.

AYB also supports the people who make the season possible. It welcomes volunteer coaches, seeks referees and board members, and provides coaching opportunities and referee resources. Its basketball clinics offer players a chance to develop their skills, including clinics featuring coaches from Argonaut and Amador High School basketball programs. Additional offerings and resources include a college scholarship, sponsorship opportunities, fanwear, and guidance on the Safe Sport Act. AYB shares news about registration, teams, schedules, and activities, and encourages families and community members to connect through its Facebook community.
