Amazing Apples is a five-piece multi-instrumentalist indie folk band from Galway, Ireland. They are known as the West's most exciting and vibrant band, capturing the hearts of crowds in their native Galway. With their unique blend of folk, Irish, indie, and rock, Amazing Apples have become purveyors of top-quality indie-folk, offering more harmonies than you can shake a stick at. Starting as a cover band in 2008, they quickly gained popularity and began writing their own music in 2011. Their first EP, 3 or 4 shoes, reached No. 1 on the Irish iTunes charts. They followed up with the release of their second single, 'Slipping By,' which also peaked at No. 1 on the iTunes downloads charts and stayed on the Official Irish Charts for 2 weeks. In 2015, they released their debut full-length album, reaching No. 3 on the Irish Independent Charts. Amazing Apples have played at notable festivals like Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions, and Indiependence Festival, opening for renowned acts such as Walking on Cars, The Coronas, Gavin James, and Damien Dempsey. With their energetic performances and impressive harmonies, Amazing Apples are a band to watch out for. They are available for weddings, festivals, venues, and corporate events, catering to both larger and smaller events.
