## Description

AMBAEX connects Irish and international buyers with carefully selected Spanish food producers, serving as a direct sourcing partner for Ireland and the UK. Based in Valencia, the company works with HORECA businesses, restaurants, delis and distributors seeking distinctive Spanish products. Its portfolio includes heritage Basque Rubia Gallega beef, Ibérico and cured meats, black truffles, single-estate olive oil, Galician caviar and seafood specialties, artisan croquetas, Michelin-ready meals, cheeses, conservas and other regional foods.

AMBAEX says it personally visits and assesses producers, tasting products and checking quality before presenting them to buyers. Clients can discuss their needs, receive curated samples and, if the products suit their programme, place orders through AMBAEX. The company coordinates sourcing, pricing and export terms, along with sample arrangements, cold-chain logistics, import documentation and delivery coordination.

Founded and managed by Khristian Rueda, AMBAEX also offers on-the-ground representation in Spain, including client visits, distributor meetings and negotiations. Its multilingual service is designed to make cross-border food sourcing and market representation more straightforward.
