## Description

Ambiq is a specialist care organisation in the Netherlands supporting children, young people and adults with a mild intellectual disability (LVB) and additional challenges. Its services are tailored to different stages of life, from early childhood and family support for ages 0–6 to care for young people aged 6–18 and adults. Ambiq offers specialist help and treatment, including support at home, family-focused care, residential services and supported living. Its website also highlights intensive treatment, training-house placements and crisis support, helping clients and families find an appropriate route to care. Ambiq works collaboratively, starting by listening to each person’s story and considering together what support may help. The organisation also assists referrers and partner professionals with complex cases involving LVB, offering specialist knowledge, consultation, advice and training. Clients, parents and professionals can find information about the care offer, referral process, waiting times, locations and ways to make contact. Ambiq operates from offices in Hengelo, Hoogeveen, Deventer and Hardenberg, and invites people interested in contributing to its work to explore job opportunities.
