American Friends of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (American Friends of AvH) is a professional partner of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) in the United States. As a US 501(c)3 charitable organization, American Friends of AvH supports academic cooperation between exceptional researchers and professionals from Germany and abroad. They work closely with the AvH and its network of over 5,500 alumni in the US to foster collaboration, networking, and exchange among researchers and professionals across various disciplines.
