## Description

QPS Employment Group is an employee-owned staffing and recruiting firm serving job seekers and employers across the country. Following its acquisition of American Staffing in the St. Louis area, QPS provides support to former American Staffing candidates and clients, including help with placements, pay, W-2 access, and upcoming staffing needs. The company connects candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities, helping people find work while assisting employers with recruitment and workforce needs.

QPS recruits across a broad range of fields, including light industrial, warehouse, office and clerical, skilled trades, and professional roles. Its job categories also span areas such as manufacturing, customer service, administration, technical work, transportation, and engineering. Job seekers can search openings by location and specialty, apply for positions, and access candidate resources. Employers can request talent and explore staffing solutions tailored to their hiring needs. QPS also offers safety services and recruiting support, alongside guidance and assistance for candidates and clients during the transition from American Staffing.
