## Description

America’s Basketball League (ABL) is a professional basketball league developing a new competition built around 28 teams, with its first full season planned for 2027. Promoting a “new league, new breed” identity, ABL emphasizes intensity, speed, skill and opportunities for players to demonstrate their abilities. Its teams are organized across regional divisions, including the East, Midwest, South, West, Central and North, with team pages and league statistics covering categories such as scoring, assists, rebounds, shooting, steals and blocks.

ABL offers pathways for players through try-outs, recruitment and draft-related activity, and says it plans combine-style training and evaluation as part of its try-out process. The league also describes a playing-time equalization policy intended to share visibility among rostered players. Beyond competition, ABL invites majority and minority investment in its teams and provides sponsorship opportunities. Its website features league news, team information, video content and an online shop with promotional merchandise. Together, these offerings position ABL as a developing basketball organization connecting teams, players, fans, investors and sponsors.
