AmeriCorps St. Louis, founded in 1994, is a highly regarded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that engages AmeriCorps National Service Volunteers in community service initiatives. With a strong focus on addressing critical unmet needs, AmeriCorps St.

Louis offers various programs and services. Their AmeriCorps National Service Program trains and develops the next generation of public service leaders, while also building the capacity of partner agencies to achieve impactful community results. AmeriCorps Members serve within a 42-Member Corps for 11-month terms, earning a monthly living stipend and an AmeriCorps Education Award upon completion.
