# Ammestart - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `ammestart.dk` ## Description Ammestart provides professional breastfeeding and infant sleep guidance to families seeking support during the early stages of parenthood. Founded by Ditte Kilmose, an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant, certified sleep adviser and experienced paediatric nurse, the service combines professional expertise with compassionate, non-judgmental care. Consultations are available online or as home visits, offering families flexible support in the setting and at a time that suits them. Ammestart offers urgent help with breastfeeding difficulties, guidance for a confident start to breastfeeding, and personalised breastfeeding plans informed by current knowledge. Sleep advice is also available, with recommendations tailored to each family’s circumstances. The guidance is evidence-based and considers the baby’s wellbeing, the mother’s experience and the family’s needs as a whole. Ammestart provides consultations in Danish and English, aiming to help parents feel supported rather than alone when questions or challenges arise. Families can book consultations directly, and gift cards are also available. Through flexible, individualised care, Ammestart helps families navigate feeding and sleep with greater confidence. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Childrens Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087406851530) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/ammestart.dk) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3thvp89X/w/38/h/35/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793282642371) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3thvp89X/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793282642589) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Calypso | #386691 | accent | | Coffee Bean | #2d1910 | dark | | Linen | #fcebeb | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
