## Description

Amnesty International Belgium is the French-speaking section of Amnesty International, a human rights organisation that invites people to act together to defend fundamental freedoms and dignity. Its website informs the public about human rights developments around the world and shares news, reports, positive outcomes, and updates on its campaigns and actions.

The organisation offers practical ways to get involved, including signing petitions, taking online action, joining active school groups, and subscribing to a newsletter with news and calls to action. Its campaigns address issues such as the rights of migrants and refugees, arms control, education, children’s rights, freedom of expression, access to justice, discrimination, torture, and sexual and reproductive rights.

For schools and young people, Amnesty International Belgium provides educational projects, resources, and activities, including initiatives that place human rights at the heart of school life. The site also features videos, social media content, and information about events and encounters with human rights advocates.
