Amnesty is a voluntary movement of people fighting against injustice and lack of freedom, working to uphold human rights worldwide. We are deeply concerned about human rights violations and strive for systemic changes at the state and international levels. As Amnesty International Czech Republic, we lead campaigns, organize public events and protests, provide education, and advocate for victims of injustice.

Since 1961, we have been defending political prisoners, freedom, and human rights. Our work includes supporting political prisoners and those unfairly persecuted, fighting against torture and the death penalty, and raising awareness about human rights.
