## Description

Overcut is an AI software platform that helps engineering teams build and manage a self-improving software factory. Its agentic workflows support the software development lifecycle, enabling agents to triage tickets, plan work, write and test code, review pull requests, and help keep CI running. Teams define the goals and guardrails while agents handle tasks and engineers review outcomes.

The platform provides tools to build agents using different models, prompts, memories, skills, and MCP tools; connect development tools and services; and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with shared context and handoffs. It integrates with platforms including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear, and Slack. Overcut also offers workflow templates, shared agent libraries, permissions, and dashboards for tracking task costs, agent efficiency, and developer time saved.

Designed for enterprise engineering organizations, Overcut emphasizes security and oversight through features such as SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO, role-based access, sandboxed and permissioned runs, and audit logs. Teams can get started with its command-line setup, start for free, or book a product demo.
