## Description

AMP Venture Fund is a venture capital firm focused on ambitious founders working in artificial intelligence, robotics, defense, and other frontier technologies. Its investment approach centers on identifying structural change early and supporting companies with strong founders, real-world demand, scalable business models, and the potential to reshape markets. AMP describes itself as an active partner, offering strategic clarity, trusted relationships, and support to help founders move faster—not just capital.

The firm highlights three companies across its defense and frontier technology interests. Atreyd is developing AI-driven autonomous drone systems, including drone motherships, FPV swarms, and battlefield software. Merlin TPS focuses on resilient, GPS-independent positioning, navigation, and timing for contested environments and critical infrastructure. Nexus Core Systems builds sovereign AI infrastructure, combining high-density, NVIDIA-certified computing, liquid cooling, and software for deploying demanding AI workloads.

AMP engages with founders building category-defining companies and provides information to interested investors. The firm works with sophisticated, accredited investors and emphasizes that venture investing is long-term, illiquid, and carries substantial risk.
