Welcome to Anaconda Game Studios, an indie games studio based in Germany! We are passionate about creating unique computer worlds and bringing them to life through our exciting games. With a team of experienced developers and talented artists, we strive to deliver engaging gameplay experiences. Our journey began in early 2020 when Matthias Jakisch (also known as Matt or ClassicGamer76) and his son Lukas Jakisch (Ombra) decided to pursue their dream of developing computer games. They started with mobile platforms, creating games like Dashy Road Rivals for iOS and Pixel Sort Puzzle for Android. The success of their first projects encouraged them to participate in game jams, resulting in the creation of games like Diorama Tower Defense and Pixabots. These games showcased their skills and earned recognition, including a third-place win in the graphics category of Brackey's Game Jam 2020.2. Currently, we are working on our most ambitious project yet, LEIF. LEIF is an extended Metroidvania game that immerses players in the life of Viking Leif Eriksson. Set in a stunning 3D world, LEIF offers a range of activities such as fishing, hunting, board games, exploration, combat, and more. The game features character development, secret passages, puzzles, and an epic storyline. LEIF is perfect for fans of action-packed exploration games with a focus on character development. We aim to provide players with a customizable gaming experience, offering multiple playable characters with unique combat and agility abilities. With half a year of planning and an internal prototype already developed, we are targeting a spring 2023 release for the first playable version of LEIF. We want to ensure that the game reaches the highest quality standards and offers an enjoyable experience for our players.
