AnanDao is a brand founded by Noa and Ralf Peekel, a husband and wife team who are passionate about yoga, nutrition, and martial arts. With a combined experience of over 30 years, they have dedicated themselves to studying and practicing various disciplines in order to find healing and help others do the same. Noa's journey started with yoga as a means to improve her health, which eventually led her to discover a chronic genetic condition. Through extensive study and embracing other practices like Ayurveda, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi, she was able to find health and manage her condition. Ralf, on the other hand, had been practicing Daoist arts for over 30 years, but his health and life were profoundly affected by stress and tension. Failing to find help in Western medicine, he sought healing in the Daoist Mountains of Wudang, China, where he not only healed his Tinnitus but also became an official Disciple member of the Zhang San Feng Pai. Together, Noa and Ralf founded their school for Asian arts in Germany in 2005 and have since dedicated themselves to teaching and helping others manifest new habits through motion, nutrition, and ancient knowledge. Their journey led them to create Dao Yoga, a unique system designed to help people over 40 renew their bodies, release pain, regain energy, and strengthen themselves without the draining impact of traditional fitness training. Today, AnanDao is internationally recognized, and Noa and Ralf travel extensively to countries around the world to help people of all cultures achieve healthier, happier, and more successful lives. Through their brand, they aim to share their knowledge and inspire individuals to embrace regular self-practice, challenge their bodies and minds, and ultimately grow beyond their limitations.
