# Anchorages - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `anchorages.co` ## Description Anchorages is a digital mapping and community platform for sailors, bringing marinas, boatyards, moorings, and anchorages together in one searchable map. Users can explore locations, read reviews, browse photos, and find nearby marine services, while contributing their own information to help fellow boaters plan and enjoy their trips. The platform offers access to free nautical charts through C-MAP, high-resolution satellite imagery, a six-day weather outlook via Windy, and current tide data from WorldTides. Free accounts let sailors save favourite locations to a personalised map, join local groups, follow forum discussions, and receive updates from their sailing community. Anchorages also provides tools to search for practical services such as fuel, water refills, and pump-out facilities, and allows users to add new spots. Businesses serving boaters can promote services including fuel, repairs, chandlery, sailmaking, diving, and laundry through paid local listings. Reviews and photos are shared under a Creative Commons license, helping build a useful resource for sailors worldwide. ## Industries - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Social Networks and Online Communities _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ - 🗺 Reference Materials - 🗺 Maps _(under Reference Materials)_ ## Links - [twitter](https://twitter.com/anchorages_co) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRiV9_-fh/w/630/h/120/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790417384841) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Astronaut | #234071 | accent | | Woodsmoke | #121416 | dark | | Alto | #d9d9d9 | light | ## Fonts - arial black — asset _(custom)_ - Helvetica — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
