## Description

The Andarta Stiftung is a charitable foundation established in 2010 by Günter Felix to support projects that benefit the public. Guided by his belief that environmental protection can go hand in hand with sound economic activity, the foundation promotes education, research, the arts, heritage preservation, and nature, environmental, and climate protection. It provides support for individual initiatives and awards scholarships.

Its work spans music, culture, film, theatre, environmental projects, and contemporary history. The foundation has supported cellist Carlo Lay for more than a decade and provides him with a 1733 cello by Angelo Toppani. Other initiatives include cultural productions, a youth jury prize at the HEIMAT EUROPA Film Festival, and projects documenting the Hunsrück peace movement. It has also invested part of its endowment in Höhenwind renewable energy projects, linking environmental aims with funding for its charitable work. Based in Hasselbach, Germany, the foundation shares updates on funded projects, events, and awards, and welcomes inquiries from people with proposals in its areas of focus.
