## Description

ANDCare is a Nurse Practitioner-led service founded by Kelly Arthurs, an experienced clinician with a Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner studies and more than 30 years of nursing experience. The service helps individuals and families plan future healthcare with greater clarity and peace of mind. Its support includes Advance Care Planning, guidance to document an Advance Care Directive, in-home palliative care, and health education.

Kelly brings extensive clinical experience in advance care planning and palliative care, offering compassionate guidance to people and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life decisions. ANDCare also supports community-led approaches to end-of-life care, encouraging open, supportive conversations about dying, death, and planning ahead. The organisation facilitates free community workshops in Northern Sydney, supported by local councils and the Sydney North Health Network, and offers one-on-one consultations and home visits. Since March 2025, ANDCare has delivered 33 community workshops, with 674 attendees, and supported 545 people to document an Advance Care Directive through individual consultations.
