## Description

Andra Capital is a Silicon Valley investment firm focused on growth-stage and late-stage private technology companies. Its funds aim to democratize access to venture capital and generate capital appreciation by investing in businesses with the potential to shape their industries. Andra offers two strategies: a closed-end fund for disruptive growth-stage companies, generally with a five-to-eight-year exit horizon, and an open-end fund for late-stage, pre-IPO companies targeting an exit horizon of two to three years.

The firm considers businesses in areas including artificial intelligence, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, consumer software, digital health, and online marketplaces. Its investment criteria emphasize large markets, differentiated technology, scalable business models, sound unit economics, and capable management. Andra describes its approach as combining fundamental research, valuation discipline, and portfolio diversification. The team also draws on experience in technology investing, company operations, and strategic relationships to support portfolio growth. The firm shares investment insights and media features, and invites eligible investors to contact it about participation.
