## Description

Allergy, Asthma, Immunology Care of Central Florida, Inc. was a medical practice serving patients in the Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida, areas. Its physicians and staff provided personalized care focused on allergy, asthma, and immunology from two private, convenient office locations: Curry Ford Road in Orlando and West Oak Street in Kissimmee. The practice also shared information for referring physicians and resources such as an allergy forecast.

The practice permanently closed effective June 1, 2026, due to unforeseen circumstances, and no longer provides medical care, billing, medication services, or referrals. Former patients are encouraged to establish care with a new provider through their insurer, primary care provider, or local hospital referral services. For medical emergencies, the practice advised calling 911 or seeking emergency care.

Medical records are managed by Cariend, a records custodian retained effective August 20, 2026, for seven years. Former patients can request records through Cariend’s website or records office; written authorization and government-issued photo identification are required.
