Restaurant Magda is a fine-dining restaurant set within the historic Magdalenengut, a country estate in Alach, just outside Erfurt, Germany. Its intimate setting features Biedermeier-era doors, small romantic windows, soft lighting and a fireplace, complemented by attentive service and a carefully selected range of wines. Chef André Radtke creates an evolving four-course menu, refreshed every four weeks and inspired by fresh, seasonal and regional ingredients, with cosmopolitan influences. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, as are choices with or without alcohol.

Beyond dining, Magda offers cooking courses led by Radtke, where guests can develop their own culinary style, and a picnic basket for two featuring bakery bread, spreads, cold cuts, salmon, antipasti, cheese, vegetables, dessert, wine and homemade fruit spritzer. The Magdalenengut also hosts weddings, anniversaries, company events, Christmas celebrations and conferences. Its historic grounds include a restaurant, hotel, courtyard, meeting room with a fireplace and chapel. Restaurant visits are by advance reservation, and bookings can be made for tables, events and courses.
