## Description

Andrea Stamm offers Marte Meo, a video-based approach to supporting development in everyday interactions. Founded by Dutch educator Maria Aarts, the method focuses on recognizing and strengthening the resources, abilities and individual potential people already possess. Its aim is to help individuals activate and develop their capabilities through their own efforts, supporting greater confidence, cooperation, connection and well-being.

The service centers on video recordings from everyday situations. Through detailed analysis using Marte Meo checklists, Andrea Stamm helps make successful moments, existing skills and individual needs visible. Rather than focusing on eliminating problems, the approach considers behavior as a possible sign of a developmental need and looks for practical ways to encourage growth. Key elements include following the child’s lead, naming what is happening, and providing positive guidance. The resulting insights can help professionals understand how to support development in concrete ways. Andrea Stamm presents Marte Meo as a respectful, resource-oriented way to strengthen interaction and reveal opportunities for learning and progress.
