## Description

Andrej Ilisin is an e-commerce operator, founder, and builder based in Croatia. His personal brand reflects a hands-on approach to creating and growing direct-to-consumer businesses: he says he operates brands rather than consulting or coaching others. His work spans product development, brand building, paid acquisition, creative, customer retention, and conversion-rate optimisation.

Ilisin’s active portfolio includes MMA Warehouse, a US retailer of fight gear; Hypnotik, a fight-gear brand preparing to relaunch; GRYT, a Croatian supplements brand; GLF Labs, focused on gut health; Luminiosa, a pain-relief technology business; and The Operator Stack, an AI marketing system developed from tools he uses across his brands. The portfolio includes ventures he founded or co-founded, alongside Luminiosa, which is run by his son.

His site also highlights more than ten businesses built and sold, including Sharp Capital and Brand Builders. Ilisin’s stated method is to prioritise the product, then the brand, then the growth engine, while keeping teams intentionally small and focusing on measurable business outcomes.
