Andungen Barnehage is a parent-owned daycare center located on Andøya in Kristiansand, Norway. Established on August 15, 1992, the daycare began with two departments and a capacity for 34 children. This share is reimbursed when the last child in the family leaves the daycare. Co-ownership also entails a voluntary work obligation of up to 10 hours per year. At Andungen Barnehage, children engage in various activities, such as weekly outings to Bragdøya, utilizing two bonfire huts, digital practices using iPads, Rugged Robot, and Bee Bots, and making use of the local area and playgrounds.
