His dream of growing grapes and making wine led him to an abandoned farm in the sunny hills of Yamhill-Carlton, where the transformation began.

Embracing minimalism, excellence, sustainability, and authenticity as their core values, ...and... practices dry farming, relying solely on nature's vagaries for hydration. They consciously maintain much of their land in its primitive state, coexisting peacefully with the wildlife that calls it home.

From the vineyard to the winery, ...and... takes a minimalist approach. Each grape is hand-picked by a dedicated crew and carefully sorted before being fermented with native yeasts from their own terroir. Never filtered or fined, their wines speak their truth, authentically reflecting the varying elements of each vintage.
