## Description

Ánemos Festival is a cultural and wellbeing event in Genoa, Italy, bringing together movement, personal wellbeing and cultural experiences. Founded in 2025, the festival grew from a community of holistic and other studios, wellbeing professionals and practitioners, and curious participants. Its name comes from the ancient Greek word for breath, wind or vital force, reflecting its aim to create connections and encourage new perspectives.

In 2026, Ánemos expands across two weekends. From May 15 to 17, partner studios around the city open their doors for special classes, workshops and festival-related meetings. On May 23 and 24, Palazzo della Meridiana hosts the festival’s central programme, featuring movement practices, yoga, mindfulness, bodywork and treatments, alongside book presentations, exhibitions, guided visits, discussions, workshops, training sessions, music and performances. The programme combines physical practice with opportunities to pause, learn and connect. Activities are offered both free of charge and for a fee, inviting visitors to explore and choose experiences that suit them.
