## Description

Angela’s Tai Chi School is a Tai Chi teaching practice founded by instructor Angela Howarth, who began teaching with the Liverpool Adult Learning Service in 2002. After starting her own Tai Chi studies in adult education, Angela trained with YMAA in Liverpool and Chester and later studied with the Deyin Taijiquan Institute. She is a level four instructor with the Deyin Institute, a level three instructor with the British Health Qigong Association, and holds a Duan 3 Diploma in Health Qigong.

The school offers regular weekly classes both in person and online, alongside Saturday workshops held at various times throughout the year. Classes take place on different days and in different locations, with options for newcomers where available. Angela also provides workplace and standalone workshops for employers, organisations and schools. Students can explore Tai Chi through classes, events and a video library subscription, as well as newsletters and online resources.
