## Description

Founded in 2023 by Flora Bouteille and Victor Villafagne, ANGELS FRONT creates immersive, participatory simulations that invite people to experiment collectively and anticipate possible futures. Its works take place in real environments, augmented by technologies and creative practices including live streaming, generative artificial intelligence, deepfake creation, video editing, and live sound composition.

Drawing on live-action role-playing games, psychosocial experiments, and networked video games, ANGELS FRONT builds shared fictional worlds around open-ended scenarios. These environments evolve in response to participants’ choices, allowing each group to shape how a simulation unfolds. The practice brings together interactive storytelling, collective participation, and media production.

Its current project, DIE & RETRY, is a simulation designed to study, anticipate, and counter the effects of cognitive warfare. The project reflects ANGELS FRONT’s interest in using collaborative, evolving scenarios to explore complex issues and encourage collective experimentation. Through its simulations, the brand offers an approach to creative work that combines real-world settings, digital tools, and participant-led experiences.
