## Description

AWA, short for Anglican World Aid, is the aid, development, and humanitarian response branch of Anglican Missions. At AWA Aotearoa, our mission is to support individuals, parishes, and communities in aid and development projects, guided by the values of compassion and service inspired by Jesus. We focus on the Tend, Transform, and Treasure Marks of Mission, aiming to bring His Kingdom to earth through sustainable outcomes and community-driven initiatives. In times of humanitarian emergencies, we work closely with Anglican Churches and community-based organizations worldwide to provide fast and effective responses, focusing on "building back better" for affected communities. AWA operates in line with international best practices, ensuring our projects adhere to the highest standards of accountability and ethical conduct. Join us in making a difference through donating, volunteering, advocating, or praying for a better world.
