## Description

The Anglican Parish of Lloydtown is a Christian community within the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, serving the communities of Schomberg, Kettleby, and Nobleton. Its two active worship communities are Christ Church, located at 292 Kettleby Road, and St. Mary Magdalene, at 116 Church Street in Schomberg; the parish also remembers the St. Alban’s community in Nobleton. Both churches offer welcoming, intimate settings for worship, reflection, prayer, and connection with God. Sunday services are held at 9:30 a.m. at Christ Church and 11:15 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene. The parish supports spiritual and community life through worship resources, a weekly prayer list, pastoral care, and services for baptisms, confirmations, weddings, and funerals. Parish activities include a choir, men’s and women’s groups, Sunday school, and events. Its social justice initiatives include support for the King Township Food Bank, Faithworks, the Water Project in Pikangikum, Christmas in King, and the Schomberg Community Run. The parish also acknowledges the Indigenous peoples and treaty lands on which it worships.
