Animatic is a brand created by a passionate duo of animation enthusiasts who are well-versed in film criticism. They hold master's degrees in cinematic critique from prestigious institutions such as ECAM and Caimán Cuadernos de Cine. Animatic was established to promote the visibility of animation and address the need for an up-to-date Spanish news and review platform accessible to all audiences.

Their mission is to break the stigma surrounding animation, showcasing it not just as a genre for children but as a medium with rich artistic and creative cinematic perspectives. By doing so, they aim to contribute to the dissemination of animation as a powerful form of expression.

The dynamic team behind Animatic includes Francisco J. Pacheco, a film enthusiast since childhood, especially drawn to animation. He holds a master's degree in cinematic critique and has been producing his own stop-motion animated stories since 2013 through his independent production company, ESA Studios. Alongside him is Lucía López Sardón, a supporter of animation as a cinematic medium rather than a genre solely for children. With a background in humanities and film, she brings a unique perspective to their work.
