Animation Skillnet is a premier training network dedicated to enhancing the skills of professionals in the Animation, Games, and VFX sectors in Ireland. Established in July 2013, it offers subsidised training solutions tailored by industry experts to meet the evolving demands of these creative fields. With a focus on bespoke courses, Animation Skillnet regularly provides both short and long training sessions for member companies and freelancers, ensuring content is relevant and impactful. 

In addition to training courses, Animation Skillnet facilitates professional networking events and conferences, such as Animation Dingle and Women In Animation Ireland, fostering collaboration within the industry. The network also collaborates with key stakeholders and has recently expanded to become part of the Cultural & Creative Industries Skillnet, enhancing its reach and offerings. 

By working closely with various organizations, Animation Skillnet supports a range of initiatives, including graduate traineeships, apprenticeships, and management development programs, all designed to elevate the Irish animation sector on a global scale.
