## Description

The Associação Nacional de Internos de Psiquiatria da Infância e da Adolescência (ANIPIA) is a Portuguese association created to strengthen the training and professional connections of doctors specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. It brings trainees together and promotes collaboration, mutual support, and opportunities for development throughout their specialist training. The association works to advance the quality and visibility of this medical specialty in Portugal, while representing its members in engagement with relevant institutions.

ANIPIA’s activities include educational initiatives, opportunities for sociocultural exchange, and projects that encourage learning and participation. Its website features the training programme and assessment information, alongside projects such as ArtisticaMENTE, Voluntariado, PsicoFonte, ENIPIA, and reMIND me. The association also shares its statutes, proposals, and information about its governing bodies, and invites interested trainees to become members. Through these efforts, ANIPIA provides a network where members can exchange ideas, support one another, and contribute to the development of child and adolescent psychiatry.
