## Description

ANK Taekwondo Academy is a martial arts school located in Hillcrest, Auckland, dedicated to helping students build strength, discipline, respect, and confidence through Taekwondo. The academy emphasizes strong fundamentals, etiquette, mental fortitude, and personal growth, alongside physical fitness and self-defence skills.

Its programs include junior classes, where students learn basic movements and work toward personal goals, and adult classes focused on strength, stress relief, vitality, and practical self-defence techniques. Specialised Poomsae training helps students develop purpose and prepare for competition. Training takes place in a safe environment equipped for Taekwondo practice.

The academy is led by Grandmaster Cheongun Jeon, an eighth-dan master and Yong In University graduate with more than 20 years of experience in Korea and over 10 years of coaching experience. His qualifications include Kyorugi, Poomsae, referee, and coaching credentials, and he holds leadership roles with Taekwondo organisations in New Zealand. ANK Taekwondo Academy also supports students participating in competitions, fostering teamwork, mutual respect, and confidence both on and off the mat.
