Anna Buerky provides coaching and consulting to help families advocate for children with disabilities and help churches create more inclusive communities. As an adoptive and special needs parent, she brings personal experience to her work supporting families through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. Her services include helping parents understand education plans, prepare for school meetings, address barriers to progress, and monitor whether agreed-upon supports are implemented. Anna works with adoptive, foster, and special needs families nationwide through virtual services and offers in-person support in Metro Detroit.

For churches and ministry leaders, Anna offers special needs ministry consulting for congregations of all sizes and denominations. Services include ministry assessments, volunteer training, sensory-friendly space design, family support systems, inclusive programming, and ongoing coaching. Her approach aims to help families participate in church life and equip volunteers to support children with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, trauma, and other disabilities.
