Through Apple Health, anna reads more than 30 signals, including sleep, cycle, stress and heart-rate variability, from compatible devices such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura and Whoop, or from an iPhone alone. Each morning, the app offers one personalised, evidence-backed focus and explains the reasoning, with links to research sources.

Instead of symptom diaries, dashboards or endless feeds, anna provides a simple way to understand patterns and decide what to focus on that day. Its guidance draws on a library of more than 1,000 rules informed by over 300 studies and reviewed by clinicians.
