## Description

Anna’s Bake Sale Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting childhood cancer research and helping advance the search for a cure. Founded around the idea of “baking a difference,” the foundation raises funds through community involvement, donations, merchandise, and events, including its golf tournament. Its website reports 11 years of fundraising, more than 6,700 items baked, and over $200,000 raised.

The foundation focuses its research support on pediatric cancers, with particular involvement in DIPG and DMG research. It is a leadership partner of the DIPG/DMG Collaborative, an alliance of foundations that has contributed nearly $16 million to DIPG research. The Collaborative also established the DIPG Registry, which brings together physicians and researchers from North America, Europe, and Australia to organize clinical data and tumor samples. These efforts aim to strengthen research and help move toward better treatments and a cure.

People can support the foundation by donating, getting involved, shopping for merchandise, attending events, or sharing its work.
