## Description

Anne Mjelva is the personal brand of Anne Luksengård Mjelva, an ultrarunner, writer and leader in women’s health. Based in Trondheim, she is managing director of House of Femme, a women’s health centre with a clinic and training centre. Her background includes a master’s degree in Sports Performance Enhancement from Edinburgh Napier University and a bachelor’s degree in movement science from NTNU.

Through her website, Anne shares practical reflections on everyday exercise, women’s health, nutrition and athletic performance. Her articles and social media content draw on her experience as a mother of three and an endurance athlete who runs 90 to 140 kilometres per week. She has won the Norwegian national title in trail ultra and a 120-kilometre race in Paris, among other events, and is working toward the UTMB World Finals in Chamonix in 2027.

Anne also welcomes professional partnerships and enquiries about sponsorship, speaking engagements and training-related assignments. Her platform brings together personal stories, running achievements, equipment content and informed perspectives on training and health.
