## Description

Galerie Anne-Sophie Duval is a Paris gallery specializing in Art Deco and 20th-century decorative arts. Founded by Anne-Sophie Duval in 1972, it is located at 5 Quai Malaquais and is now run by her daughter, Julie Blum, an architect by training and author of books on early 20th-century decorative arts. For more than fifty years, the gallery has presented works by influential designers including Pierre Chareau, Jean Dunand, Armand-Albert Rateau, Eileen Gray and Jean-Michel Frank, alongside works by renowned and less widely known creators.

Its carefully selected collection spans classic early 20th-century decorative arts and contemporary unique pieces, with a focus on craftsmanship, artistic vision and the forms of modernity. Objects featured include ceramics, lacquerware, furniture, lighting and sculpture. The gallery also highlights women’s creativity, particularly in ceramics, through exhibitions and publications. Its offerings include opportunities to discover and acquire distinctive works, explore the collection and learn about its history through events and books, including a retrospective marking the gallery’s 50th anniversary.
