## Description

Another Star manages the citizenM hotel portfolio across Europe and the United States, bringing a central team and consistent operating model to hotels in 19 cities. With 18 years of experience working with citizenM, the company focuses on keeping operations clear, efficient and guest-focused. Its portfolio includes 37 hotels and 8,688 rooms, with locations such as Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, Chicago, Austin, Boston, Miami and New York City.

Another Star provides hotel management and operational support, setting direction and standards across the portfolio. Its streamlined, retail-inspired approach is designed to give hotels more space for guests and reduce unnecessary back-of-house complexity. The company also stewards hotel assets as the majority owner of citizenM hotels, taking a disciplined, long-term view of how buildings operate.

At the hotels, teams are encouraged to deliver warm, genuine and personable service rather than follow rigid scripts. Another Star also offers career opportunities in roles ranging from team leadership to hospitality specialties, within an environment that values personality, consistency and shared success.
