## Description

The Agence Nationale des Personnes Handicapées (ANPH) is a Djiboutian public agency whose mission is to promote and protect the rights of people with disabilities. Working from sites in Djibouti City and Haramous, it also serves communities across the country’s regions. Its programs support social inclusion and access to essential services through social assistance, case intake and enrollment, equipment provision, health and legal support, inclusive education, vocational training and employment insertion, and adapted sports.

ANPH’s major initiatives include the National Disability Strategy, the Carte Mobilité Inclusion (Inclusion Mobility Card), the National Disability Prevalence Survey, and the Centre for Orthopedic Equipment and Rehabilitation (CAOR). The agency also shares publications, reports, legal texts, documentation, videos, and other resources, and provides channels for public feedback and enrollment. Its work includes awareness campaigns that encourage respectful language and a more inclusive society. Through partnerships and ongoing projects, ANPH seeks to strengthen protections and improve participation and support for people with disabilities in Djibouti.
