## Description

Anthony Abeson is a New York City acting coach offering group classes and private coaching for performers. With more than 25 years of experience teaching actors, Abeson has guided students who have gone on to work on Broadway, in film, and on television. His approach brings together influences from his training and work with Peter Brook, Jerzy Grotowski, Lee Strasberg, Harold Clurman, and Stella Adler, spanning institutions and programs in Paris, Poland, France, and New York.

The studio provides acting classes for adults and children, private coaching, and audition-related information for adult students. Its offerings support actors developing their craft and preparing for professional opportunities. Abeson's current and former students include performers such as Jennifer Aniston, Ian Somerhalder, Kerry Butler, Sherri Saum, and Julia Garner. The website also shares information about the studio and its students, ways to connect, and a shop section featuring a book and merchandise. Abeson's training reflects his belief that an actor’s humanity can help audiences become more human.
