## Description

Antonio Sgarra is an executive chef and culinary educator whose work combines professional restaurant experience with a passion for teaching. His website presents a hands-on cooking course hosted at Corte Bracco dei Germani, a reception venue in Corato, Italy. Designed for couples who have confirmed their wedding at the venue, the limited-enrolment programme introduces participants to culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, recipe methods and creative ways to build a dish. The advertised 2022 sessions focused respectively on antipasti, first courses and main courses, using selected ingredients aligned with Mediterranean dietary principles. Each participant had an individual workstation and the opportunity to prepare dishes, followed by a shared tasting. The course fee included teaching materials, recipe notes, an event apron and a kitchen gadget, with a participation certificate awarded at the end. Sgarra is described as an experienced restaurant professional and a long-standing trainer for the Italian Chefs’ Federation. His teaching aims to help students develop practical skills, explore flavour pairings and create memorable meals.
