## Description

ANULUM is an independent research and technology institute working across physics, neuroscience, computation, and artificial intelligence infrastructure. It makes research accessible through interactive experiments, simulations, publications, learning guides, and research programmes, inviting visitors to explore evidence, adjust model inputs, and follow scientific questions.

Its work includes fusion and reactor-system research, tokamak control, quantum computing systems, neuromorphic computing, and tools for coordinating and assuring AI agents. The institute also develops open-source and commercial software, including simulation libraries, control workbenches, neural modelling tools, agent coordination systems, AI safety and action-control products, and evidence-focused code transformation software. Its research resources include an atlas for comparing reactor architectures, project repositories, challenge updates, and materials for collaborators.

ANULUM emphasizes documented methods, validation, explicit limits, and auditable evidence. Many reactor projects are computational prototypes, not operational power plants. The institute offers interactive tools and educational pathways for learners, researchers, and technical teams, alongside opportunities to explore projects, publications, partnerships, and software licensing.
