## Description

ANZORRG is an independent program based at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute in Adelaide, established in 2025 to report on organ replacement therapies across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. It works with registry partners, professional societies and clinical teams to support the collection, analysis and communication of information about organ donation and transplantation.

Its registry network covers dialysis and kidney transplantation through ANZDATA, organ donation through ANZOD, living kidney donation through ANZLKD, eye and tissue donation through ANZETD, heart transplantation through ANZHTR, and lung transplantation through ANZLUNG. ANZORRG provides data resources, collection guidance, dashboards, reports and publications for clinicians, researchers, health services and the community. It also supports data requests, research training, registry projects and clinical trials, and collaborates on initiatives focused on evidence, quality and equitable access to care.

Community engagement is part of its work, including patient information, consumer involvement and advisory groups. Through accessible registry insights and research partnerships, ANZORRG helps stakeholders understand outcomes and inform decision-making across the region’s organ replacement services.
