## Description

Agents of Architecture is an Auckland-based architecture studio founded by David Klosser and Selena Sager. Guided by the belief that thoughtful design can improve lives, the team aims to create a positive impact for people, places, and the environment. Its approach is collaborative and tailored, combining leadership, expertise, and creativity to develop responsive, resilient solutions.

The studio provides full architectural services, from early feasibility studies and building strategy through design and construction. Its work spans bespoke and multi-unit residential projects, commercial and workplace buildings, industrial facilities, education and research spaces, and specialist building remediation. Services include new developments, additions and alterations, interior design, adaptive reuse, and sustainable design, as well as expert witness support.

Agents of Architecture works on both existing buildings and new projects. Examples include apartment remediation, character-home refurbishments, townhouse developments, family-home transformations, and commercial facilities integrating office and warehouse space. Across its projects, the studio considers functionality, durability, sustainability, and how people experience the spaces they live and work in.
